Design development
We prepare a preliminary drawing and offer suggestions to maximize design and supply chain robustness. This can be an iterative process to align our capabilities with your requirements.
Design review and approval
Your review and approval of the drawing enables our quote to be finalized and for you to move forward with an order.
Component sourcing
If any components in the assembly are not part of our standard inventory, we procure them to enable assembly integration.
Assembly integration
We integrate the components into assemblies and package per specifications.
Sterilization
If required, we send your assemblies to our sterilization partner.
Shipment
We ship your assemblies to any of your global locations.
